The Bachelor’s Daisy Kent shares secrets of her bikini body including one easy food swap

Daisy Kent is a favorite in this season’s The Bachelor. She appears to be getting on like a house on fire with Bachelor Joey. In fact, fans are convinced Daisy is dropping signs the two are dating now.
Daisy has wowed fans with her “strength” and “vulnerability” after opening up on her battle with Lyme Disease, which saw her lose the ability to “move and talk”.
Before her time on the show, Daisy used her Instagram to keep followers up to date with her life, from awareness raising for those with cochlear implants, like herself, to partying on holiday.
This includes several bikini snaps, that show off Daisy’s incredible figure.

In one such snap, Daisy shared how giving up alcohol helped her towards her enviable frame. Daisy, who gave up drinking for a time for health reasons, told her followers the lifestyle change helped her to “drop a few pounds in the stomach area”.
Daisy does appear to have started drinking again, but she certainly is still in great shape.
Another way that Daisy keeps herself trim is by hiking. She admits she never enjoyed running but said: “I’ve found I really enjoy hiking. It frees my mind but lets my body stay at ease.
“I found new views and different perspectives. I found meaningful walks with deep conversations. I found peace in stillness.”
But, she’s not a diet fanatic. Daisy recently revealed that she is a big fan of KFC. The Bachelor contestant beamed while holding a bucket of fried chicken. She wrote: “What makes u smile?”
The National Library of Medicine states: “If you are trying to lose weight, you can boost your efforts by cutting back on alcoholic drinks. Alcohol can cause weight gain in a couple of ways.
“First, alcohol is high in calories. Some mixed drinks can contain as many calories as a meal, but without the nutrients. Second, you also may make poor food choices when you drink.”
